1. License Grant

Upon purchase, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use MotionMaster 3D according to your selected plan:

  • Standard License: Personal and commercial use on up to 3 devices
  • Max License: Personal and commercial use on up to 3 devices, with access to all advanced features

2. Permitted Use

You may use MotionMaster 3D for creating visual effects, camera tracking, and 3D reconstruction within Blender. Commercial licenses permit use in commercial projects and productions.

3. Restrictions

You may not:

  • Redistribute, resell, or share your license with others
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the software
  • Use the software on more devices than permitted by your license
  • Remove or alter any proprietary notices

4. Updates

Your license includes free updates within the 1.x.x version series. Major version updates (2.0 and beyond) may require a separate purchase or upgrade fee.

5. Refund Policy

If you experience a genuine technical issue with MotionMaster 3D, contact our support team within 14 days of purchase. We will work with you to diagnose and resolve the problem. If we are unable to fix a verified software defect, you will receive a full refund.

Refunds are not granted for:

  • Source footage limitations — including but not limited to lack of parallax or camera translation (e.g. tripod-only or rotation-only footage), excessive motion blur, heavy occlusions, insufficient texture or surface detail, extreme lighting conditions, or other characteristics that prevent reliable feature detection and 3D reconstruction
  • Unsupported workflows or use cases — using the software for purposes beyond its advertised camera tracking and 3D reconstruction capabilities
  • Incompatibility caused by unsupported Blender versions (older than 4.5), unsupported operating systems (non-Windows), or third-party tools, plugins, or hardware configurations not listed as supported
  • Subjective dissatisfaction with tracking accuracy or reconstruction quality when the software is functioning as designed on suitable footage
  • Issues that could be resolved by following the provided documentation, tutorials, or support guidance
  • Failure to respond to support communications within 7 days during an active troubleshooting process

By purchasing MotionMaster 3D, you acknowledge that results depend on the quality and suitability of your source footage and that the software is provided in accordance with the disclaimer in Section 7.

6. Support

All license tiers include email support with a 14-day support guarantee from the date of purchase. Reach out through the Contact page and we will respond within 48 hours on business days.

7. Disclaimer

MotionMaster 3D is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the software will meet all your requirements or work with all footage types. Results may vary depending on footage quality and complexity.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall we be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of MotionMaster 3D.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of MotionMaster 3D after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
